Iroshan Kulatunga

KuleAir Aviation Solutions (Private) Limited, manages privately owned aircraft by providing unique solutions for each and every aircraft’s utilisation requirements. Founded in 2017, by Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Iroshan Kulatunga, KuleAir’s operating philosophy is to manage client’s aircraft assets without intervention allowing the owners to fully focus on their business which in turn results in generating more revenue. Iroshan’s long standing experience in floatplane maintenance related to luxury tourism and resorts, in the tropics, is conducive when providing resourceful solutions.

Headquartered in Kurana, Negombo – Sri Lanka, overlooking the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) in Katunayake, KuleAir’s office serves as the “deep-work chamber” for Iroshan’s solutions, which extends over to various clients in Maldives, Thailand, Indonesia etc. 

Iroshan received his Foundation Degree in Aircraft Engineering from Kingston University in London in 2009, upon completion of his Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s Basic Licence Course from KLM UK Engineering Technical College in Norwich, United Kingdom. Iroshan is a Licensed Aircraft Engineer holding licences from the United Kingdom as well as Maldives Civil Aviation Authorities.

Iroshan is widely known for his experience for acquisitioning and operating Twin-Otter (DHC-6) and Cessna Caravan (C-208) aircraft, especially in their seaplane format. For a more comprehensive demonstration of Iroshan’s work, please refer to the ‘Portfolio’ section of this website.
